Christine believes that healing comes from within, and the body was divinely designed to heal itself. She is passionate and knowledgeable about integrative mental health as well as functional nutrition. She is dedicated to educating clients on living in true health and restoring imbalances to achieve strength and wellbeing. She has over 35 years work experience within and outside alternative healthcare and is excited to help people recapture the life they are meant to live. She has coached many clients into dynamic life transformation through counseling, coaching, and nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, a Business degree from the University of Denver, and is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner.

Dr. Ashlie Klavon, BA, MS, LAc, DC
Dr. Ashlie’s educational background includes a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, a Master of Science degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a BA in Psychology and Integrative Therapeutic Practices from Metropolitan State University. She has additional training in fertility, nutritional endocrinology, treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and herbology.
While pursuing her education, Dr. Ashlie worked for several years at Natural Grocers as the Vitamins and Supplements Assistant Manager and has been in the alternative health fields for over 15 years. She also worked as an instructor at Nutrition Therapy Institute, helping with curriculum development for various courses and teaching Anatomy and Physiology, Weight Management and Sports Nutrition, and Life Cycles and Healthy Aging. Valerie Newsum MA, NCC, LPC
Valerie is a passionate and professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor living and working in Littleton, Colorado. Valerie’s supportive practice is focused on increasing and maintaining Mental Health Recovery through coaching, skills building, psychoeducation, symptom management, and emotional recovery.
Valerie has over 25 years of work experience in a variety of supportive roles. She received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a B.A. in Human Development and Social Work from Metro State University. Samantha Harder MS, NCC, LPC
Sam has a deep passion for helping others. After retiring from a career playing professional soccer, Sam has worked in a variety of supportive roles. She has mentored differently abled athletes, was an assistant preschool teacher, soccer coach, a counseling professional working with children, young adults, and adults, and co-founded Aspire Athletics.

Lynne has owned and operated 7Finishes, LLC. since 2016 and has been in the interior design profession for over 25 years. She began her career as an Addictions Counselor and slowly progressed into her passion of helping others through art and aesthetics.
