We treat a number of dis-orders* and provide a safe, neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. To get back on track (or start a new track) to happy, peace-filled, contented living. We offer counseling, coaching, nutrition consultation and lifestyle education.
Chronic diseases are the leading cause of death and disability in the US with 60% of adults having a chronic disease diagnosis.
Though there are many links and causes to this complex health crisis (sedentary lifestyle, inadequate nutrition and the increasing geriatric population), a large number of the chronic diseases Americans are plagued with can be prevented, delayed or alleviated with simple lifestyle changes.
Many people know that making lifestyle and dietary changes will improve their lives, but often feel overwhelmed with where to start and how to determine what improvements are best and most important for them as individuals.
